Also many leading anti-SPAM software providers identify possible spam emails allowing clients to easily avoid opening potentially harmful email.
Due to the unpredictable nature of email and virus authors, no amount of countermeasures put in place can ever guarantee to be 100% effective at blocking harmful email although you can help yourself by never opening emails that you do not know or look suspect.
Did you know that simply viewing and even 'previewing' your email can cause your computer to become infected? - switch this off now, use the tool bar and tune preview off.
